Proposition NN: Colorado TABOR refunds would be diverted to K-12 education

The measure, placed on the ballot by Democrats in the legislature, would eliminate refunds owed under the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights to help schools manage class sizes, expand career and technical education, retain teachers and increase their pay.
